Description: Today I cooked a Chicken Curry ... actually I used fillet from a turkey hen instead of chicken but you can decide about the meat by yourself. All you need is: - around 500 g (16 oz) fillet of turkey or chicken - 400 ml (13.5 fl.oz) creamy coconut milk - 3 to 4 spoons of Curry powder If you add 3 spoons of Curry it has a very fruity taste - if you like it fruity I recommend to add some sliced pineapple then. You also can just put some more spoon(s) with curry into your pot. It's a great meal served with some rice. The ingredients are enough for 4 great portions! At the next day it even tastes better! You should try it! |
